షష్ట గ్రహ కూటమిలో మార్గశిర మాసంలో సంభవించే కేతు గ్రస్త గ్రహణ విషయాలు

ప్రధమంగా, గ్రహణ సమయాలన్నీ పుణ్య ఘడియలు అని తెలుసుకుని యధా శక్తిగా సాధన చేసుకోవడం శ్రేష్టం. గ్రహణ సమయాలలో గుడులను మూసివేయడం వెనుక ఉన్న ప్రధాన కారణం ఏమిటంటే, బాహ్యంగా దర్శించుకుంటున్న, ప్రాణ ప్రతిష్ట చేయబడ్డ మూర్తిని, కాసేపు వెసులు బాటు ఇచ్చి, అంతర్ముఖులై లోపలే ఉన్న ఈశ్వరుని దర్శించుకుని తరించమని చెప్పడమే.

భారత దేశంలోని కొన్ని ప్రాంతాలలో మినహా, మిగిలిన అన్ని ప్రాంతాలలో ఈ గ్రహణం పాక్షికమే. కర్ణాటకలోని గోకర్ణంకు వాయువ్యంలోని అంకోలా పట్టణంలో  గ్రహణ ఛాయ 8:04 నిమిషాలకు ప్రారంభమై 11:02 ముగుస్తుంది.  ఉడుపి మంగళూరులకు మధ్యలోని ముక్కు అనే చోట, ఉదయం 8:05నకు పూర్ణగ్రహణం ప్రారంభమై, 11:05 నిమిషాలకు పూర్తౌతుంది.  తూర్పున ఉన్న రామేశ్వరంలో గ్రహణ ఛాయ 8:08 నకు ప్రారంభమై పూర్ణగ్రహణం 9:33 నిమిషాలకు ఆరంభమౌతుంది. దాదాపుగా మూడు గంటల పదకొండు నిమిషాల నిడివి కలిగి 11:20నకు భారతావనిని దాటి వెడుతుంది.

శ్రీ వత్సస గోత్రీకుడనై, చక్రవర్తి అని పిలవబడు, నేను ప్రస్తుతం భాగ్యనగరంలో ఉన్నందున, ఈ ప్రదేశానికి పాక్షికమే అయినందున, ఇక్కడి ఛాయ సమయాలు ఇస్తున్నాను. ఉదయం 8:08 నిమిషాలకు ప్రారంభమై, అధికంగా 9:31 నిమిషాలకు కనబడి, 11:11 నిమిషాలకు పూర్తౌతుంది. ఈ సమయాలు అన్నీ భారత కాల మాన ప్రకారం ఇచ్చినందున, భాగ్యనగర అక్షాంశ రేఖాంశాలను ఆధారంగా సమయ్యాన్ని, దాదాపుగా 6 నిమిషాల ముందుకు సవరించుకోవలసి ఉంది. అంటే,  ఉదయం 8:14 నిమిషాలకు ప్రారంభమై, అధికంగా 9:37 నిమిషాలకు కనబడి, 11:17 నిమిషాలకు పూర్తౌతుంది.

సమయ వివరాలు ముగిస్తూ, గ్రహణ ఫలితాల గురించి పరిశీలిస్తే,  మూలా నక్షిత్రంలో జన్మించిన వారికి ఇది పరిక్షా సమయం. వారికి మానశిక మఱియు శారీరిక ఇబ్బందులు కలగడానికి అవకాశాలు పుష్కలంగా ఉన్నాయి. ఈ గ్రహణం అంత శుభ ప్రధమైనది కాదు. కావున ఎవ్వరూ దీనిని పరీక్షించే ఉద్దేశ్యంతోనైనా, మరే ఉద్దేశ్యంతోనైనా గమనించకుండా ఉంటే శ్రేయస్కరం. సంధ్యావందన అధికారం ఉన్న ప్రతీ ఒక్కరూ, గ్రహణానికి పూర్వమే సంధ్యావందనం ముగించుకుని, గ్రహణ ప్రారంభానికి పూర్వం ధరించిన బట్టలతోనే స్నానం చేసి దీక్షా వస్త్రాలు ధరించాలి. జప తపాలు చేస్తూ, గ్రహణ అధిక సమయంలో పితృ తర్పణాలు ఇవ్వాలి. తరువాత యధా శక్తిగా గ్రహణ విముక్తి వరకూ మంత్ర సాధన మరియు పూజలు చేసుకోవాలి. గ్రహణం విడిచిన తరువాత, దీక్షా బట్టలతోనే స్నానం చేసి ఇష్టదైవాన్ని తలచి సూర్యునకు అర్ఘ్యం ఇవ్వాలి. ఆ పిదప భోజన కార్యక్రమాలు ప్రారంభం చేసుకోవాలి.

౧.మేషము

తా: సత్యమునే పలుకవలెను.  ఆ సత్యము వినువానికి ప్రియముగా ఉండవలెను. అప్రియమైన సత్యమునుగాని, ప్రియంగా వున్న అసత్యమునుగాని పలుక రాదు. ఇది సనాతనమైన, అనగా ఎప్పుడూ మార్పు చెందని ధర్మము అని మనుస్మృతి చెప్పుచున్నది.

౪.కర్కాటకము

 'బుద్ధి కర్మాను సారిణి' అన్నట్లుగా వీరికి బుద్ది ప్రచోదనం అవుతుంది. సరైన పెట్టుబడులు చేయడానికి ఇది సరైన సమయం.  స్వర సహితంగా శ్రీ సూక్తం వచ్చిన వారు తప్పని సరిగా పఠించవలసింది. లేని వారు,

౫.సింహము

మానశిక ఆందోళన కలిగే సమయాలు ఇవి. వృత్తి పరమైన అభివృద్ది ప్రలోభాలు కలుగుతాయి. గురు గ్రహం అనుకూలంగా ఉండటం వల్ల, గురువుని ఆశ్రయించడం మంచిది. కాకపోతె నిషిద్ద గురువు విషయంలో జాగ్రత్త వహించాలి.

గ్రహణాన్ని చూడకపోవటమే శ్రేష్టం. వీరికి ఖర్చుకు సంబందించిన ఒత్తిడులు ఈ సమయంలో కనబడతాయి. కావున ఆలోచనలను ఆలశ్యం చేయడం మంచిది. అలాగే వ్యాధి కారకాలు ప్రచోదనం అవుతాయి. వాటినుంచి కాపాడుకోవడానికి విష్ణుమూర్తిని ఈ క్రింది మంత్రంతో యధా శక్తతో సాధన చేయ్యాలి

గ్రహణాన్ని చూడకపోవటమే శ్రేష్టం. గ్రహణానికి పూర్వం మఱియు తరువాత సూర్యునకు ఈ క్రింది మంత్రాలతో అర్ఘ్యం ఇవ్వాలి.

బ్రహ్మస్వరూప ముదయే మధ్యాహ్నంతు మహేశ్వరం |
సాయంధ్యాయే సదా విష్ణుం త్రిమూర్తించ దివాకరం ||

వినతా తనయో దేవః కర్మ సాక్షి సురేశ్వరః

సప్తాశ్వః సప్తరజ్ఞాశ్య అరణోమమ ప్రసీదతు|

ఆదిత్యస్య నమస్కారం యేకుర్వంతి దినే దినే

జనాంతర సహస్రేషు దారిద్ర్యం నోపజాయతే|

అహం అనే తత్వం మూలాలలో కూర్చోవడానికి ప్రయత్నం చేస్తుంది. కావున ప్రయత్న పూర్వకంగా ఈ ఆలోచనలను ఆదిలోనే తృంచేయ్యాలి.

౧౦.మకరము

గ్రహణాన్ని చూడకపోవటమే శ్రేష్టం. హితులు కలిసి వచ్చే సమయాలు కనబడతాయి. అందులో వెన్నుపోటు వారు కూడా ఉండవచ్చు. కావున అన్ని రూపాలలోనూ అమ్మవారే ఉన్నారని తలస్తూ ఈ క్రింది మంత్రాన్ని యధాశక్తిగా జపించాలి

సర్వస్వరూపే సర్వేశే సర్వశక్తి సమన్వితే|
భయేభ్య స్త్రాహి నో దేవి దుర్గే దేవి నమోస్తుతే||

On a summer day, during my visit to NewZealand, from one of the mountains nearby Wellington, I have seen Antarctica’s ice burgs from my naked eyes. Since then, it remained as a memory and dream to fulfill. Wellington is also known as windy Wellington, whereas, Antarctica is windier than many other places on the earth, with a force as 10. Antarctica, a reptile free continent, is a naturally created climate controlled desert lab and a land of extremes. This is the place that has recorded the, naturally, coldest temperature, -128.56⁰ f and that’s just enough as a single reason to visit.

Magnetic field lines enters into earth core from here and experience fresh water from ice. Would be great to discover the active bacteria, which could survive the geo magnetic radiation, a place where there are secret links for human history. In science, there is nothing called zero degree temperature, but, in Antarctica, during the polar plunge, one would experience it. No science could explain that feeling of numbness.

Paying a visit to the wildlife in a harsh weather, is ridicules act of adventure, yet, is nature and accept them as-is. Observing Whales, leopard seals, sea lions and penguins ruling their land would be a remarkable and learning experience. One of the great thing about the penguins is that the male penguin hatches the eggs and loses his weight in this process, due to less eating. Visiting their nesting site and their colony would be an incredible memory. Besides, the wildlife is much friendlier than Arctic region. Experiencing the natural habitats with a close encounters should be unexplainable memories.

One of the amazing facts about Antarctica is that it has two active volcanos. Fire and Ice at the same place, the imagination is itself as crazy as it is. Sand dunes, air currents, cloudy skies, water fall with read blood like water, preserved meteoroids and countless reasons for visiting Antarctica. Apart of this, knowing that it is also the driest place on the earth, and experiencing the dry weather would be an unbelievable situation. Being confused is a normal phenomenon for every individual and confusable is very common for the time measurement at Antarctica. Being in a no time zone, is as if like bending the time from the fiction novels.  

It should truly be an expedition, rather an experience.

Cognitive Programming

 In the recent past, I've been thinking a lot about the cognitive behavior of the organization. Thus, the concept evolved. I wanted to write about the cognitive sense of the organization and the agility direction of the institution. Before proceeding to the level of the organization, I felt that it is first important to understand the direction of the various company's investment in this direction. In this article, it is a quick glance of the cognitive computing services by industry leaders.

Abstract

Cognitive, ˈkɒɡnɪtɪvˈ, is derived from the word, cognition. Cognate means being relative and continuity is the cognition. As humans, we have an added advantage of self-learning. Although, the concept of learning is used as a synonym for understanding (or) interpreting by individual thru perception, verbal, semantic or syntactical procedure. On the other side, machines, being brain less, need program (or) instruction towards learning. Thus, the need of cognitive programming.

Jean Piaget, is the popular psychologist known for his theory on cognitive development. His theory is based on the learning principles of kids, though. The same is suitable for all programming the machines as well. This can be considered as the 3^rd generation of computing. In the beginning we have abacus model with the help of tabular systems. Accounting is the best example of this model. Then came the programming to automate these models for a shorter and quicker intervals. All programming languages fall under the 2^nd generation of the computing. Now that the maturity of this model is at a stable state, it is time to induce the intelligence to these programming models, such that, they become suitable for self-awareness and knowing becomes a practical approach for learning on the happening around the past and present. Hence, cognitive development is an approach for programming these machines.

Problem

Two decades back, storing the data was a challenge, but, not now. With the advent technology, within the current world, we can store a TB of data in a one centimeter hologram. It is not far from now that the world will see Zettabyte as well as Yottabyte sized data. The problem is not in storing the data, but, in retrieving the same within a given interval. It is calculated by the scientists that an average brain of human can store 3 terabytes of information. It is understood that anything between 1 to 10 TBs of data can be accommodated. With such high quantity of data, it is found that most of the humans find challenge in recollecting the past situations at any given situation.

 

The processing power of the human starts after the ½ second on instruction. For example, we met a person and we wanted to recollect who that person is, when we have last met, what are the details of the person, etc., When the brain gets instructions to recollect, it starts functioning only after 300 mills seconds to 500 milli seconds, which is about ½ of a second. It is takes less than 50 milli seconds for a machine.

But, it is surprised to see that both human and machine struggle to retrieve data from the archived sources between 2 seconds to 5 seconds. The battle is won by machine after 5 seconds, whereas humans, if fail to recollect the information with 5 seconds, they will continue to fail until 17 mins, at times, they will never as well. For humans, it is proved that if they don’t recollect within 5 seconds, their failure rate in recollecting will deteriorate with a faster pace and then their brains ends in dead lock. The data in the current world is doubling for every 12 to 18 months. And the truth is that this data is unstructured.

So the need of the current situation is the need of the better technologies and matured systems to adapt the changes that are not programmed and result with better actionable decisions. Thus, the need of the situation is to have a nature relation between the human and machine within any given domain and be able to advice services in that domain. This system must be in a position to motivate on own performance and relates other same situations. This help to acquire the data for difference situations and generate the probabilistic memory solution hidden from the unstructured knowledge.

Most of the industry leaders are now providing their research on this field by means of APIs and giving access to their neuromorphic architectures. These APIs will help various industry leaders to take advantage of the highly complex neuron model based systems to predict their business behavior. These APIs also help as a functional equivalence to natural cognitive process with the training provided from various consumers. The learnings from the consumers will be useful with wide sharing, thus, one industry adaption of these APIs will help the other industry as well.

The entire foundation for this kind of programming should be the deduction of the information, rather than the deterministic system. This can only be achieved if the reflection of the data is inferenced with experience based learning. The entire process should be based on the nature language interaction with the perception process. These technology programming models should be self-reinforced systems. It is too hard to predict the natural and intuitive behavior towards each problem or situation. It needs deep reasoning and judge the reasoning with the evidence that is found from the augmented data along with the augment of human perception.

It is all about making patterns and port them for the given situation. The challenge in these programming models is sequencing the natural processing in the context of the collaboration human with advanced machinery. Personification of the business from the context of the user is the success of any cognitive programming. The learning of these machines would be obsolete over the period of 5 to 8 years. Thus, the shifting of the learnings of the archaic machines has to be shifted to newer infrastructure. Not only should the hardware of the future systems change, but the software as well. It is also a challenge towards this technology shift is about the privacy of individual context is applied on the similar other contexts. The context of perceptual intelligence is the way to populate the data from the unstructured source to a variety of presentation mechanisms.

Microsoft’s cognitive computing services are formerly known as project Oxford. They named these services as Cortana and is reachable at https://www.microsoft.com/cognitive-services. Microsoft Cognitive Services expands on Microsoft’s evolving portfolio of machine learning APIs and enables developers to easily add intelligent features – such as emotion and video detection; facial, speech and vision recognition; and speech and language understanding – into their applications. Cortana’s vision is for more personal computing experiences and enhanced productivity aided by systems that increasingly can see, hear, speak, understand and even begin to reason.

 

Cortana comes with natural language process with multi model interfaces. It serves with all 3 styles of interaction with human. It supports speech recognition, vision recognition as well as language understanding with grammar to colloquial. Its neural networks can learn through training and can identify difficulties.

 

 

 

IBM Watson

IBM is one of the industry leaders in the fields of cognitive computing. http://www.ibm.com/watson

IBM Watson is a technology platform that uses natural language processing and machine learning to reveal insights from large amounts of unstructured data. Watson is initially put into learning mode with various phases. In the beginning of inducing the cognitive intelligence in any field, Watson is betrothed with the digital data in all varieties. The second phase is to sanitize the data with a human interacted language, in the form of spoken English. This phase is put into practice with a means of questions and answers. During this phase, Watson learns the jargon as well as the pattern of the questions.

As this is progressing in conjunction with the digitization of the data, there is a need for proofing the data that is accumulated from voice as well as text. At this juncture, Human intervention is highly important and the brightest mind helps Watson to distinguish the unwanted information as well as highly classified points.

IBM states that the era of computing has evolved from tabulating systems of 1900s to Programmable systems era by 1950s. Later that, all the advancement of the machinery made lot of changes into the programmable system and finally IBM could reach to the current state as cognitive systems with the result of Watson. After this, they envision to cognitive computing (or) brain cube as anticipated by 2020

Google’s Deepmind

Google’s acquisition of DeepMind’s AI platform, http://www.deepmind.com, it made history as first computer program to beat a professional player at the game of GO, which is a googol times more complex than chess. Demis Hassabis, CEO of Deepmind, criticizes that the other vendors in this field are just as a ‘Narrow’ AI, Narrow Artificial Intelligence and they are designed for one and only one purpose. Whereas, Deepmind’s vision is to build an AGI, Artificial ‘General’ Intelligence. Demis also thinks that, their vision is to convert the unstructured information into actionable knowledge. Their vision is to build machines such that they become general purpose learning machines. These systems should learn automatically from raw inputs and are not pre-programmed. These systems are made for general, such that, the same system can operate across of a wide range of tasks.

 

Conclusion

Understanding the systems neuroscience and making the machine to adapt (or) learn from the data feed, it if highly difficult to have a set of programming lines to remain to function as time progresses. They have to learn directly from their experiences and without any retraining.

Digital Marketing - the new face of business

Behavior tracking on the digital world will unveil many interesting facts about the business and the consumers. As on Jan of 2016, about 2.4 million searches happened on google, $203,596 is in sales by amazon, about 347,222 tweets at twitter and about 20.8 million messages at WhatsApp. With such huge amounts of digital foot print by online communities, it is not yet capitalized the power of digital market at such vibrant sources. The value proposition from these communities is very huge as the data is unstructured and having a clear definition in translating the strategy of the digital marketing towards B2B or B2C is a captivating goal for any business to thrive in this digital world. Digital transformation is not just having a marketing strategy, but, driving the customer experience with a new level of influence of the digital content tactic techniques as well as the usage.

I wanted to study the organization behavior and the processes involved in the successful as well as failed organizations to understand the impact of the digital marketing. The decision making processes within these companies will yield lot of knowledge and the same can be used as investment for human aspects of various other businesses. The inter-organization communication channels and the data exchange standards will guide the new businesses to optimize their revenue model with a collaborative model.  Augmented reality is something that is getting popular in the current trend with the gadgets like HoloLens from Microsoft. Visual intelligence ads a lot of value proposition to the brand in the market. Adding a virtual tour has been a great asset within the real estate business. At the same time having a panoramic virtual tour gives the consumers a firsthand experience of the products that they are interested to purchase.

Mobile industry is another contribution for the digital marketing platform. According to IAMAI, within India, it is estimated that about 462 million users are using internet by Feb 2016 and about 371 million users are connected to the network through mobile phones. About 71% of this 371 million mobile internet users belong to urban area. Mobile phones are now becoming smart phones and are becoming a necessity for every human on the plant. The Chinese smart phone manufactures are lowering the average selling price (ASP), thus, many first-time mobile phone users are willing to invest on these smart phones.

It is always mistaken by many individuals towards digital marketing is all about digital content creation to attract unique visitors to the business, but, it is time to highlight that digital marketing is also about digital video that is streaming on the network, music that is purchased over the connected channels, games that are played with and without virtual reality. It is estimated that by end of 2016, Android is planning to ship an operating system with VR capability.

HTC started manufacturing VR gadgets as VIVE. Huawei introduced a VR headset with 360⁰ view and the surround sound. According to Oculus website, Rift is the first consumer VR headset and is capable of many-a-things. Virtual reality gives a great flexibility to add all 3 dimensions with the help of latest technology as well as the hardware expansion.

The virtual reality contribution in marketing the products is not yet capitalized by industries. However, the B2C market is seeing the need in the gaming industry for such production and aiming devices with a specific needs. Thus, the market witnesses few leading manufacturers are investing their research with these gadgets and releasing their beta products for the consumer’s response. Many eCommerce companies are building their products such that their application is suitable for multi-channel propagation. Yet, they could achieve their yield from, mostly through, websites. Hence, it is the visionary’s responsibility to think innovatively and prepare plans for diversified penetration of the business.

FireFox 5 beta release

Usually to the extent possible, I update to what ever is the latest. Browsers is one option that is possible and is in my reach. IE is my primary browser, irrespective of many crashes or less features when compared with other browsers. I don’t use multiple browsers, but use FireFox just for the sake of testing any web page in multiple browsers. I also use FireFox for couple more reasons, that any latest feature that is in thought process of the community, it is first visible in FF.

Recently, FireFox has released a new version of 5. I remember that there has been a party within Hyderabad for the FF version 3.o and after that there is a news about FF 4.0 beta. I’ve updated my FF to version 4, surprisingly today there is another version 5 which is currently at beta stage is ready to download and install. It is really shocking for me that when is the non-beta version 4 is released? What made the FF team to release a newer version as 5? What new features are included in 5?

A lot many questions are revolving around, but it doesn’t stop me in upgrading to 5. Will write more after the 5 installed. As a matter of fact, I have written this post on 5/25 but I don’t know how it is missed my attention. I didn’t post this until this day. Surprisingly, this post caught my attention when am deleting the old drafts.

I’ve been trying to develop an application and trying to prepare a setup with the MS build project. I’ve found many obstacles in achieving that. One of which is finding the runtime on the client system and executing the runtime redistributable on the client’s system. But the problem here is installing the runtime without connecting to internet. So, I’ve downloaded the full version of runtime redistributable package, but the setup project is not accepting the package.

While am searching for some Caching information that is upgraded in .NET framework, I have encountered this link. This blog has references to many SETUP related blogs and folks who work on this field on a daily basis. Before I close that window, am writing this blog post, such that I don’t forget these links and these links would be useful for the future reference.

Meeting with our Partner

Today, we had a meeting with one of our senior person in the hierarchy of our organization. His designation is, “Partner – Global Consulting”. There were about 20 participants in that meeting. Few of them are just new to our organization and others are as old as 4 years in this organization. This meeting started with a short introduction of current organization strategy and the purpose of the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to meet all the leads and get to know them. Secondly, answer any queries / issues / concerns / questions / blah .. blah ..

At the beginning of his introduction, he mentioned that if the current organization is considered as black triangle as shown in the picture. The brown lines are the separation between different levels within the organization. As we are currently growing, the outer triangle which is in blue color is the expected growth and there is a wide space on the top part when compared to other parts of the scope.

Now it is in the hands of the middle tire work force who wants to grow to the next level of the ladder, to decide and act accordingly, as there is a wide area to prove the ability as well as ample space to fit-in themselves.  It is good to know from his words about increasing the current head count to a newer horizons. According to the figures, LiquidHub is around 800 employees now. In the recent times, there added 200 resources at USA and about 100 resources at India office. The expected growth is about to become 500 resources at India office by the end of this year and about 1000 by 2012.

Offlate, LiquidHub has acquired a company by name E Brilliance, which as a rich head count of 50 employees. Few other acquisitions are under pipeline, which only about 4 folks in the organization are aware about the deals. As these are very sensitive details and the deals at very early stages, it is not wise to disclose the information, but am sure that these deals would be at very high standards.

As the discussion is happening, there raised a concept of the revenue that is being generated from US office as well as India office. He had drawn a graph comparing the revenue details as mentioned in this picture. The historical figures show that the US revenues have taken a dip during the recession time. Where as the revenue generated from India office is study and continued with the same pace as that it is during the previous years.

There are many reasons for this continuous revenue generation, as the competitors are loosing their business, LH kept their business intact with the clients. The services that are rendered with the existing clients are at very satisfactory level and they never thrown LH from their business. At this junction, he also quoted about a big client. This client used to do business with few other software vendors including Wipro. During the recession time, they have decided to shut down their outsourcing to all other vendors except Wipro, but they never thought of LiquidHub. They continued to signup every other year, and we are currently in the 5th year with that client. Which is a good news from the point of happy customers as well as the strength of the resources that LiquidHub India is possessing. He recollected few of the happy moments that are related to couple of projects that are running successfully for more than 4years. At few instances, the business people are asking the developers that are working with the respective projects about the business functionality rather than the application functionality. When the business sees a change in their workforce, it is obvious that the new workforce would not be aware of the spirit of the business. Our developers are in better position than that of the current business work force. Our developers know more than the client’s workforce.

While the discussion is taking into a shape of the potential markets and the areas where the opportunities that can be tapped, he took a small example of pie diagram as shown here. If any vertical is outsourcing their work to services industry, the top four / five / n companies compete and grab the major share. Then there lies an untapped potential for all the small and medium business entities. But again this small portion it self is a huge amount when seen in USDs. Ofcourse, LiquidHub is not in a position to venture out to such large scale, but it is inevitable for us to tap. Otherwise, we would not be growing.

A project worth of 5M is really huge from the LiquidHub’s point of view, but again, if we work steadily and grow slowly, it is not a major task. To prove these statement, in the recent times, LiquidHub had signed a 5 year contract & support deal with one of the client outsourcing the working from about 4 years. This is a huge contract, beyond much LiquidHub can eat, but as the time span is over the period of 5 years, it is not a problem to support this client. And again, this is a good news for a long term commitment from client’s stand point of view.

During his speech, he also quoted that he wanted to see LiquidHub as the credible alternative for every other large outsourcing players in the IT market, whether they are from US or from outside US. There are many things that can be scribed here. If I’ve to take few notes and high light the points, they cumulate as mentioned below.

• How we react in every situation is a message that we are communicating to our team
• Make yourself irrelevant in your role to move to the next level
• Educate others to resolve and adapt what you are capable and see them in your position, only then you can look forward for other positions
• Your are a trust worthy and your managers looks at you whenever he has something to get done. Just think that do you have any other resource that you can look at when you have something to be get done, so that your manager is happy to see that resource in your absence
• Culture is more important when you work in any organization, and the technology comes later

Question) Involvement of Architect in the early phase of project makes sense for the better delivery of the project, so we expect such intervention. What are your comments on this.

Reply) You mean of an Architect from US or India? If your interest is about Architect from US, may be yes, we are currently looking into that. But again, if your idea about the Architect from India office, then rather depending on any other Architect, if you take that steps making the project more reliable and stable, that would be more meaningful.

Question) Are we focusing in anything at Education sector?

Reply) Our first goal is to be good in services industry. To answer your question, it is No, we are currently focusing on Financial Services / Health Care / Commercial Market

In the end, I’ve made couple of recommendations / suggestions to let the LiquidHub India workforce be informed about the latest happenings.

 

Recommendation 1) Management should make steps towards conveying the non sensitive information (or) hurdles that they have faced during any acquisition / huge deal with client / major milestone

Response) As there many details involved during any acquisition, it might not be practically possible to communicate. But he can do that on a video call with the leads, so that the required information can be conveyed.

 

Recommendation 2) Management should make steps towards communicating everyone about the hard work done by the respective people who are involved in cracking a deal / completing the acquisition / blah .. blah.. So that everyone get to know who took extra hard work and whose extra efforts made that happen

Response) There would be lot of people who would be involved in such situations / transition period / etc., anyhow, let me think of what I can do

 

Recommendation 3) Pitfalls (or) lessons learned during any unfinished business /  unsuccessful deals / failed projects / etc.,

Response) These are very sensitive and may not be possible. But you can always reach me over my mobile phone to talk and am open.

Career History – How it happened

I’ve started my first job way back in 1987. But that is not my career, but an off break jobs to fill the gap between the leisure intervals that got while am studying. My student career spanned until 1996. Well, ofcourse, I’ve been working as and when I get some vacation break or any other kind of time off from my studies. Between 87 and 96, I’ve worked in various industries including, Hotel Industry, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, News, Training, blah .. blah..

But my actual career started from April 4h 1996, just 2 days after my final exams of B.Sc., completed, ie., April 2nd 1996. I started my career as Faculty for training institute which is far away from my place. Anyhow, I thought that it is a great opportunity for me to explore the different worlds and get used to be away from home. It worked well and later my career took a twist with CMC.

CMC has wing for corporate training. I’ve joined this wing as freelancer and that gave me an opportunity to explore different parts of Andhra Pradesh. While working with CMC, I’ve not only trained various folks but also involved in projects that are developed by their clients. For example I’ve worked with RSTPS, Ramagundam Super Thermal Power Station, one of the coal based power plants of APGENCO. I’ve been there to train the Visual FoxPro, but also involved with them in developing some applications.

Apart of training and developing application, I’ve also involved in project implementation phase too. Hence I could say that my actual career in technology started from 1996 onwards. By April in 2011, I’ve completed 15 Years of my career. During my tenure, I’ve worked at different roles and played with different technologies. As my career started from the days where the technology have seen only the console based application, and specially no GUI (Graphical User Interface) application, most of the early days applications are developed using either COBOL or dBase III+ onwards to Visual Foxpro 2.6.

Later that, my career took a plunge and then started the Visual Basic 3 coding. During that time, the Windows OS has introduced and GUI version of Windows 3 came into picture. I’ve even worked with Windows 3.11, the work group version followed by Windows NT. This is the phase when Microsoft has released the GUI based windows operating system with a title as “Windows 95” which later worked out as “Windows 98”, the longest stable version from Microsoft. It really took long time for Microsoft to introduce Windows XP to eliminate Windows 98 from market’s usage.

While am working with Visual Basic 3, VB 3, the different vendors started using the later versions of Visual Basic, hence I too have to upgrade from VB 3 to 4 and finally landed in VB5. During this period there has come some opportunities for me as ASP developer. As necessity is the mother of invention, to survive in the field of competition, I’ve to live up to the expectations of my bosses. Thus, my career took a turn from Desktop application developer to Web Application developer. I’ve worked with Oracle Forms 2000 and Power Builder 4. Apart of these I’ve also developed application from Classic ASP to ASP 2.0, but not any in ASP 3.0. The only reason is by the time, .NET alpha version released.

As being the member of CMC, I’ve got the full access to all the latest information that is provided by Microsoft to CMC. Apart of that, there evolved a need for .NET training for Board of Intermediate of Andhra Pradesh. When the lead is generated and is given to us, we can never say NO to our bosses. We have to learn and teach the batch. Thus, my first introduction to .NET and currently working in .NET 4
